Ingredients For Red Chilli Paratha

Methods
  • 1. For dough-Take a dough kneading bowl and mix together wheat flour, salt and ghee.
  • 2. Using a little water, knead the ingredients well to form a soft and smooth dough.
  • 3. Now to prepare paratha, pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
  • 4. Now spread some ghee on it. Fold it into a semi circle.
  • 5. Furthermore, sprinkle some flour and roll off to a chapati size then sprinkle some red chili powder.
  • 6. Now to roast red chili paratha, take a tawa , spread oil over it and place the rolled paratha.
  • 7. Once the base of paratha is partly cooked, flip the paratha.
  • 8. Now add oil and press slightly. Flip paratha again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  • 9. Serve hot red chili paratha immediately.
