Methods
  • 1. Boil the rice and keep aside for two hours.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger and garlic in it. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 3. Now add finely chopped onions and cook till tender.
  • 4. Add chopped carrots and beans. Cook till they are bite-like.
  • 5. Add the soya sauce & vinegar. Mix well and add the rice.
  • 6. Stir till rice and vegetables are mixed properly. Fried rice is ready to serve.
