Methods
  • 1. For dough- Add flour, oil, salt, ajwain and knead into a dough using 1 cup water.
  • 2. Now take a medium sized ball from dough, roll about 2 cm thick sheet.
  • 3. Meanwhile take a deep sauce pan and put it on a medium flame. Add oil in it for deep frying.
  • 4. Take a round cutter and cut dough. Now take cut sheet and put in pan for deep frying.
  • 5. When mathri's are golden in color, take out from pan on serving plate.
  • 6. Ajwain mathri are ready to serve.
